Michelin Guide Texas: DFW Winners
The Dallas-Fort Worth culinary scene celebrated a major milestone with the inaugural Texas Michelin Guide awards, revealing an array of acclaimed local winners. Leading the way was Tatsu, earning one Michelin star, with chef Tatsuya Sekiguchi’s skills spotlighted. Seven restaurants received Bib Gourmands for excellent but accessible dining: Cattleack Barbeque, Gemma, Lucia, Mot Hai Ba, Ngon Vietnamese Kitchen, and Nonna. Honorable mentions, or “recommended” spots, included Barsotti’s, Crown Block, Georgie, and Tei-An, showcasing a range of local talent and culinary diversity.
